buddies

[ed. note: contrary to Fiver's analysis, Buddy did not "lose". he did finish an admirable second, one of only two doggs to break 1000 total votes (finishing with somewhere around 3500 votes). and for the record, the SOB that won was cheating way longer than we were. i mean, seriously, no one would honestly vote for a fleabag in sunglasses over 4000 times.]

Vote Buddy.

So...

My parents got a new dog. They entered his picture into their newspaper's beagle photo contest. And now, he's a finalist.

Vote Buddy.

The image in the newspaper is perhaps the worst picture I've ever seen of a dog in my life. It doesn't even look like a dog. For that reason alone, I ask for your ballot-stuffing powers. Vote for Buddy. Do not be distracted by the utter adorableness of Susie or Fiona. They wouldn't vote for you (I have proof). But Buddy would. Buddy would vote for your photo again and again, and he would get all of his friends to vote for you, too (except Susie and Fiona because they're like so in to themselves).

And yes, my parents' dog's name is "Buddy." They could only rescue him from so much...

Vote Buddy.

Also, happy birthday, Miguelito Weizenstein.

we have a little school project

Grace needs some ideas for their front entry. We're on it, but it will require lots of intensive field work.

(Pro bono, of course. Like we get paid. I don't think architects get paid until they're at least 48.)

changin my wireframe robot mind

Saturday, March 01, 2008

Sarah came to visit last week - just thought that I would put something up from one of our favorite movies.... the stutter scene is classic! Another is a favorite of jth's because he gets to remind me of how I act sometimes before he has a big project... just typical girl nonsense.
