there is no apostrophe on italian keyboards, so there may be an abundance of possesive phrases. also, while my italian may be quite poor, my english is growing proportionately worse. and sadly, there will be no photos for this first installment, for we have yet to conquer the art of internet cafes. and i have too much olive, olive oil, and olive paste in my gut to really be able to concentrate on much more than typing and not getting kicked off our machines. that said, welcome to rome.

hey guys, hope you are having fun! Mom and I were a little concerned after reading the first email from rome then getting nothing, but don't worry, I kept telling her that no news was good news. Hope the weather is not too warm and your apartment is nice. I'm in Boston for a few days and then back to hopefully find a job. Enjoy, can't wait to hear from you again. -Kathleen
No pictures? i think you guys are having too much fun and too much wine (vs olive oil). I'm looking forward to seeing some pictures soon! Love, C's Mom
